remove the license and fine the "institution". Perhaps create a class-action lawsuit for damages done with false teachings.

We're not talking about the public school system here; we're talking about a private school where the people attending are very much aware of the religious slant that is being applied.
And I meant intelligently. Something set this all in motion; believe what you will but no one has definitive proof one way or the other so discounting one for another is complete speculation.

Should it be applied?

I only see that as "one way to get out of the issue".

However, if you cannot prove it to be untrue, you cannot claim idiocy for those who hold the belief. And for me it is "to each his own" because I am tolerant of people's beliefs and/or lack of beliefs. I'm afraid this planet would be a terrible and uglier place if everyone adopted your view on tolerance.
Should it be applied?
Again, in an environment where the students have agreed that they are interested in having this applied, yes.

Your welcome to see it as that; but unless this is your first religion debate I'm sure you don't have any dillusion about changing someone's mind from your argument(s). The fact is, there is no definitive proof; one way or the other. That's not an opinion, that's a fact. And unless you can prove me wrong on that, I don't see how your argument holds weight. And if you're going to go down the evolution path; be aware that I am a firm believer in evolution, I simply believe that evolution was part of the grand design.

However, science gives us good reasons for the idea of "divine creation" to be untrue.

I'm fine with whatever being taught in private schools, but not public schools. Creationists are trying to get their beliefs taught in public schools.

It is certainly not my first debate. But I've seen how Creationists function, and Creationism really is "religion posing as science".
The fact is, there is no definitive proof; one way or the other. That's not an opinion, that's a fact.
Then why do scientists have mounds and mounds of evidence for biological evolution? Does that amount to nothing?

I think evolution gives us a firm position that there is, in fact, no "grand design". I don't find that to be an opinion.
