12 year old (Florida) boy arrested for farting in class
12 year old (Florida) boy arrested for farting in class
One dirty little 12 year old boy in Florida found out quickly that "forced flatulance" in the classroom will earn you a trip to the big house (where they like that sort of thing). picked by BrownTrout 1 year ago

I'm remembering all the crazy pranks we pulled in class in junior high and high school - I'd still be in jail now.

Any normal school teacher would have suspended him or sent him to the office or called his parents. Arresting a boy and traumatizing him for something like this is ridiculous. Only in Florida!

If that's all it takes to get arrested, I'm surprised my son hasn't been in jail for years.

Normal... How does the teacher know if it was "Forced Flatulence"? Was she/he there watching his face and then checking out the crack of his @ss to be able to tell the difference?

I can guarantee you right now that his parents money will be wasted in therapy sessions for years to come; where the shirk will comfort the poor boy that farting is OK and there are no people coming after him after he rips another one...

I think that teacher should have been the one to be in jail. For wasting the tax payers money in such a way...

If you really sit and think about this. The forced flatulence was only one of his methods, it wasn't why he got arrested.

He got arrested for being a a little s**t (pun intended) in class. The problem became so bad that the teacher was forced to remove the student from the classroom.

As a note, that is where the teacher's involvement in the situation ends, as teachers can't arrest students. Does anyone disagree with sending a kid to the office that is walking around the classroom, and turning other students' computers off?

As to whether the kid deserved to be arrested, I don't know, it probably has something to do with how the kid acted when he was with the Police officer.

I believe it was his prefixing his anal outburst by saying "Pull my finger".

A Martin County Sheriff's Office report, a copy of which you'll find below, notes that the 4' 11" offender admitted that he "continually disrupted his classroom environment by breaking wind and shutting off several computers."

/Bows to the Master.

Man, my kids and brother are true farters and even they cannot shut off appliances!

Still not an arrestable offence. The amount of disruption is annoying, but no law was broken accept school policy. The police should've known that.

Oh: Florida must become a seperate category.

A very good way to get the parents attention. :)
