Sorry, no sympathy here. I know a couple of manic-depressives who have NEVER been arrested. And he's only been arrested 190 times. How many times has he not been caught?

How about we have sympathy for all the people who've had to deal with him?

Yes, I know, manic-depressives are hard to be around. But they can be treated, and clearly, this guy isn't getting the treatment he needs. So...my question would be, why not? He doesn't need sympathy, he needs help.
