Emm... I wonder if I'd get 20k if I moved over to Manitoba for a week or so and then come back?

As far as provinces/territories/states in North America are concerned, Saskatchewan seems to be the best place to be at right now.

Saskatchewan is never the best place to be at. Ever. Period. I thought I was gonna die just driving through there. They say that Manitoba's a great place to be now too, and like hell it is. There are no jobs, nothing to do, bad weather and a lot of incompetent people. I've lived here all my life and after living out of province for awhile it opened my eyes to just how bad it really is in Winnipeg if not all of Manitoba.

For me to live in Sask, thought, it'd have to be at least a couple million, no catch. I wouldn't even stay here for 20k, except that I might be guilted into it (if it was no-catch anyway) because my family really needs the money.

At first glance, I read that as "incontinent people."

It's a really decent place, but it would take a whole lot more than $20K in tuition rebates to convince me to move back.

I liked it when I lived there, but now that I moved away, I don't think I could move back. I'd actually need one hell of a damn good reason to move anywhere east of where I am (in the rockies, now).

I'm Albertan, born and raised. I only moved to the Flatlands after university to take a job.

But hey, no PST, and I still have the mountains, so I really can't complain about anything.
