Giving the finger is freedom of speech. But it's best reserved for AFTER the sentencing portion of your trial.

Looks like the judge had a bigger finger.
From the sounds of it, this guy needs to be put away for a while. Good thing he took a proactive step and got himself taken away early on before he could do anything else.
