I'm guessing in Beijing they don't use those splintery Siamese Twin type chopsticks that you have to break apart before you can use them.

I never thought I'd be grateful for those annoying type of chopsticks, that have a tendency to break in the wrong spot, but at least I can eat knowing I'm not using an unclean utensil that has been in someone else's mouth.

Anyone else get the feeling that all these stories discrediting China are a last ditch attempt to stop their incessant rise?
