Bear in mind this is the same regime that built a luxury town within viewing distance of south korea just to make the south koreans think life was better in the north, but it was just a facade, it wasn't a real town and nobody lived there. Idiots.

The Miniluv was in a giant pyramid, as was the Minipax, Miniplenty and Minitrue.

It's funny you mentioned that, because my first thought upon seeing that giant pyramidal tower was of those pyramids (though I had thought of Minipax).
