Turns out there is. And Nationmaster has the proof. Statistics are crazy things and this site has them (at least for 2004) also kinda neat to look at Mortality rates for different reasons in different countries.. By the way, don't climb a tree in Brazil, you could die.

For anyone who knows anything at all about statistics, you know that CORRELATION DOES NOT PROVE CAUSATION!!!!!!!
Just because two events are correlated does not mean that one caused the other!
