I don't know enough about this group to tell where their political leanings and criteria for this list come from but the fact that the USA got it's grade lowered because its citizens are allowed to own guns concerns me.
What alarms me is that the UK was given a higher ranking because the amount of "security cameras" in the country somehow offsets its problem with terorists.
By that logic I would have to guess that if all gun owners had to wear ankle bracelets the USA would jump a few spots on this list.

^^Gun ownership was listed as only one of the problems. As a person living happily in a nation where almost everyone DOESN'T own a gun, I would feel less safe if I knew everyone had one.
I always love the comments at the bottom of articles: It does not matter how prosperous these other countries get. You cannot have true econimic freedom with personal freedom. God Bless the USA!
