In an update to an ongoing year-long lawsuit, A federal judge in Maryland on Thursday ordered liens on the Westboro Baptist Church building and the Phelps-Chartered Law office. If order is upheld the church and office building will be sold and proceeds going to a Marine's father who won a lawsuit against the church for protesting his son's funeral

It's about time. It won't change the kind of people they are, but hopefully they won't get anymore benefit from being a "church" and "nonprofit".
