I can't get over that she even has to pay to appear before the committee. I would love to trash that neighbor's place. Bastards, indeed.

Not only are they having to pay 800 bucks to appear before the committee, they have to cough up another 345 bucks just to circulate a petition.

The only thing that's emitting odors here is the neighbor and the town.
