This reflects my own first thought:

I think that breast milk that isn't drunk by a baby should be donated to a human milk bank to benefit babies who cannot nurse (like premature infants in the NICU). Using breastmilk to make gourmet cheese is probably a little unethical when there are so many sick babies that can benefit from it.

I don't have a squeemish reaction, I just don't think that this is the best use for excess breast milk.

Not to mention the uncomplimentary comparison of women to dairy cows.

But ultimately, I think it's in jest.

Seriously, why do people recoil at women's breast milk? It might have helped you live, and grow up, if you had it as a young'un.

And drinking from a cow's crotch-sack is somehow better, and wholesome?

Never really figured that one out...
