Wow, that is hilarious....what was this guy thinking seriously how does this seem to be a good idea, I don't understand.

from the sounds of things, the strange man sounds to be both homeless and a bit mentally incapacitated. it's still trespassing, and perhaps even stalking/voyeurism for figuring out the key and work times of the family; but i hope he gets appropriate help more than jail time.

I'm really glad the home owner didn't have a complete melt down. She seemed to have a sense of humor about it. While it is scary -- really no *harm* was done.

We used to have a problem with homeless bathing in the hot tub. Nothing else was ever disturbed.

... I hope he gets the right kind of help too. Sounds like he has good taste in bath products, anyway. ;)

This quote, "My neighbors said they saw him come and go to the store and smoke cigarettes outside on the porch, and they just thought he was a friend of mine." made me think of the thread about our neighbors. Do your neighbors know you well enough to know who is welcome and who is not.
