The daughter, Brittany Gegner, says her father shouldn't be punished for her problems.

Especially, she says because she's now 18, an adult.

Here is the main reason why the judge is stupid.

This is a blatant diseregard for common sense in the law. I can't believe that the judge actually sentenced Brian Gegner to jail.

Please let the Gov. of Ohio know how you feel about this and see if he has enough common sense to let this man go.
